Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. Most orders are ready to ship within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times to your country are calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is complimentary on all US orders over $150. For orders under that amount, the exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.

Store Credit

How do I use my store credit?

Your available store credit is visible in your account dashboard when you're logged in. At checkout, you can choose to apply it toward your order — partially or in full.

Does store credit expire?

Store credit doesn't expire. It stays in your account until you decide to use it.

Thursday Drops

When do new collections drop?

New pieces arrive every Thursday at 10:00 AM EST online. We've held this rhythm for over a year — it's part of how we work.

How do I know when something new arrives?

We announce each Thursday drop through email and social media the moment it goes live. Subscribing to our list is the most reliable way to stay in the loop.

Do VIP clients get early access?

Yes. VIP clients receive a preview of each Thursday drop on Wednesday via WhatsApp, with the option to reserve pieces before they go live online.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide tailored to that specific piece. If you'd like a personal recommendation, message us on WhatsApp — we know our pieces and we're happy to help.

What if a piece doesn't fit?

If a piece doesn't work for you, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for store credit.

Product Availability

Will sold-out pieces come back?

Most of our pieces are produced in limited quantities and typically don't restock. If a piece sells out quickly, occasionally we'll bring it back — but it's the exception, not the rule.

Can I reserve a piece before it sells out?

Reservations are offered to VIP clients during the Wednesday WhatsApp preview. Outside of that window, pieces are available first-come, first-served.

The Boutique

Can I visit the boutique in person?

Yes. Our boutique is located at 18901 SW 106th Ave, Suite 138, Cutler Bay, FL 33157. Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours, and you can also book a private appointment via WhatsApp.
